How We Help

Unlawful harassment can take on many forms. Although illegal harassment can be based on any protected status (such as race, religion, disability) is illegal, the most common workplace harassment is sexual harassment. Sexual harassment may be based on verbal harassment or unwelcome physical contact. Sometimes job benefits (hours, pay raises promotion or even employment) is conditioned upon assent to unwelcome sexual advances. This form of sexual harassment is called quid pro quo. In other instances, a hostile work environment based on sex may be created by digital content or email communications.
