Overview
Tyler S. Renners is an Associate attorney at McCarthy Lebit where he is focused on delivering exceptional transactional legal services for many of the firm’s business and corporate clients. His practice most frequently spans the firm’s Business & Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Real Estate & Construction Law groups and his experience and capabilities touch on a wide range of transactional legal matters, including:
- General transactional work
- Business and corporate documents
- Business and corporate agreements
- Entity formation, organization, and structuring
- Corporate governance structure, counsel, and advice
- Mergers and Acquisitions – document drafting and due diligence support
- Drafting dissolutions for corporate entities
- Purchase and Sale agreements for commercial real estate properties
Tyler earned his juris doctorate cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law in May 2021. He is also a member of the Akron Bar Association.
While in law school, Tyler spent two summers as a legal intern for TriHealth, one of the largest hospital/health systems in the Greater Cincinnati area. Prior to law school, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Miami University (Ohio).
