Overview
Tracy S. Francis is a Principal attorney at McCarthy Lebit and a member of the firm’s litigation practice group. The focus of Tracy’s legal practice is on business litigation, complex commercial, class action, fraud, employment, product liability, environmental, intellectual property, and defamation litigation. Her experience ranges across all of the stages of the litigation process including drafting pleadings, motion practice, depositions, written and complex electronic discovery, oral arguments, injunctive relief hearings, and trials.
Additionally, Tracy has significant experience partnering with clients in an effort to avoid litigation in relation to contractual, employment, product liability, breach of warranty, and truth in advertising matters.
Within her practice, Tracy works to solve complex problems. She takes great satisfaction in unlocking solutions to what may initially seem like insurmountable obstacles in an efficient manner that provides her clients with resolution and peace of mind.
Tracy attended Xavier University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History, cum laude and was a recipient of the Outstanding History Major Award. She earned her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of Akron School of Law, where she graduated first in her class.
