Overview
Richard Rabb, Principal attorney and head of the firm’s Family Law group, focuses his practice on divorce, custody disputes, prenuptial agreements and related family law matters. Richard prides himself on his negotiation and litigation skills and his attention to detail. His practice also includes the evaluation of business interests, tax aspects, tracing assets, drafting, evaluating, and enforcing prenuptial agreements.
Although located in Cuyahoga County, Richard’s practice includes surrounding counties and throughout Northern Ohio. He has also lectured in his areas of practice at the request of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Alumni Association. He is Past Chairman of the Family Law Section of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association.
