Overview

Marie C. Banks is an Intake Specialist for the firm's Employment Law group. In her role, Marie handles all calls into the firm from prospective clients of our Employment practice, during which she collects critical information about the client, about their job, and about their claim, all of which is weighed by the attorneys in determining whether their case, if they have one, is one that our team would take on.

Marie earned her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University after finishing her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree at Kenyon College. Though she is not a practicing attorney for McCarthy Lebit, Marie is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
