Kyle P. Graham

Overview

Kyle P. Graham is an Associate attorney at McCarthy Lebit whose practice focuses on a variety of transactional work including taxation, trusts & estates, and business & corporate law.

Kyle is regularly involved in tax matters, such as audits and nonprofit organization compliance, estate planning, and general transactional and corporate documents.

Kyle pursued a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Case Western Reserve University and subsequently earned a Master of Accountancy degree from CWRU as well. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

While working toward his degrees, Kyle previously worked for both small and multi-national public accounting firms. During law school, he joined McCarthy Lebit and served as a law clerk. He also served as the Treasurer and executive board member for the Corporate Finance and Law Alliance for three years and worked as both assistant and senior editor for the International Law Journal his last two years.
