Overview
Frank T. George is a member of the firm’s litigation practice group, primarily representing individuals in employment disputes.
Frank understands the importance of work. He understands that employees often spend as much time in the workplace as in their own homes and that workplace problems can cause significant stress and financial hardship. Frank strives to help employees navigate these problems, serving as both an empathetic counselor and tireless advocate for his clients.
Frank has extensive employment law experience. He has successfully helped employees facing unlawful discrimination, unfair pay practices, and contractual disputes. Frank also serves as counsel for the Cleveland Civil Service Employees Association. In that capacity, he represents City employees in pre-disciplinary and disciplinary proceedings.
In addition to representing individual clients, Frank also serves as an advisor to the firm’s corporate clients. He draws upon his litigation experience to assist companies to comply with the law and to avoid costly disputes.
Frank is active in the Cleveland legal community, and he undertakes various thought leadership activities: he serves as the Chair of Programming for the Cleveland Employment Inn of Court; he is a member of the Cleveland Employment Lawyers Association; he has drafted numerous articles regarding employment law; and he is a frequent presenter at employment law conferences (having, for example, given presentations for the National Business Institute and at the Ohio State Bar Association’s Advanced Labor and Employment Law Seminar).
