Overview

Carolyn C. Soeder is a Principal attorney in the Family Law practice at McCarthy Lebit. Carolyn is an advocate for her clients in all facets of domestic relations. Her practice includes dissolution, divorce, preparation for mediation and representation in mediation, child custody, parenting time, premarital agreements, child and spousal support matters, trial work, appellate work, and all aspects of post-decree modifications.

She has tried many cases serving clients in domestic relations and private custody litigation, and her experience expands across Northeastern Ohio.

Carolyn strives to ensure that her clients have realistic expectations and an informed understanding of their case as she leads them through the process. As she guides her clients through tremendously difficult times, Carolyn's clients can depend on her to be their advocate from start to finish.

Carolyn earned her Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law after attending the University of Toledo with a degree in political science.
