Overview
Adam Glassman is an Associate attorney at McCarthy Lebit and has a diverse practice that incorporates both transactional and business litigation matters.
He regularly represents individuals and business clients in commercial real estate matters and understands how detail-oriented such transactions can be. Because no deal is the same, Adam is particularly focused on drafting and reviewing the numerous documents that make up a deal with client specific needs in mind.
Beyond real estate, he advises clients on a range of business matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, dissolution, mergers and acquisitions and everything in between. In every transaction he encounters, Adam’s primary goals are to be cost-effective and to find proactive solutions that address problems before they arise.
“Nothing is more satisfying than being able to help a client navigate a transaction, and I’m lucky to work alongside incredibly talented people who excel at making deals happen. At McCarthy Lebit, everything is a team effort and the firm sets itself apart by having a broad range of practice groups. This gives me the ability to provide clients with access to a whole host of legal services that they may not get elsewhere, and I strive to be the first call a client makes whenever they need legal advice.”
Outside of his legal work, Adam can be found cheering on Cleveland’s sports teams and honing his cooking skills at the end of each day. Adam also appreciates the value of time and considers himself to be an avid watch collector and enthusiast, often spending free time delving into the world of horology.
