Kyle P. Graham is an associate whose practice focuses on a variety of transactional work including taxation, trusts and estates, and business and corporate law.

Kyle is regularly involved in tax matters, such as audits and nonprofit organization compliance, estate planning, and general transactional and corporate documents.

Kyle pursued a Bachelor of Science in accounting at Case Western Reserve University and also earned his Master of Accountancy degree while at CWRU. While in law school he served as the Treasurer and executive board member for the Corporate Finance and Law Alliance for three years and also worked as both assistant and senior editor for the International Law Journal his last two years.

While in school, Kyle previously worked for both small and multi-national public accounting firms. He joined McCarthy Lebit in 2018 and served as a law clerk during his last two years of law school.

Kyle earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law and earned both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy degree from Case Western Reserve University.
