Joshua G. Berggrun is an associate attorney at McCarthy Lebit. His practice focuses on commercial real estate (buying, selling, leasing and financing) and supporting the transactional groups working on bank finance deals and mergers and acquisitions.

Joshua represents landlords and tenants in commercial lease negotiations, buyers and sellers in multi-million and billion dollar real estate deals and mergers and acquisitions, lenders and borrowers in financing transactions and property owners in board of revision matters.

He has experience working with shopping centers, lower middle market companies, banks, major league sports teams, medical practices and manufacturing and distribution companies.

Joshua earned his Juris Doctor at Elon University School of Law and received his Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Ithaca College.

Outside of his legal work, Joshua loves playing USTA tennis, enjoys attending theater productions and musicals at Playhouse Square, participating in LGBT events around Northeast Ohio and loves spending time with his family and German Shepherd, Louie.
