Nicholas R. Oleski is an associate attorney in the Litigation group at McCarthy Lebit. Nick’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense, and debtor-creditor rights.

Nick has experience with all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial, and appellate arguments. He advises his clients on a variety of disputes including shareholder litigation and defends employment claims. Nick’s white collar criminal defense experience includes defending health care professionals and public official facing criminal charges.

Nick also deals with matters ranging from student disciplinary matters and Title IX investigations to special education issues such as due process hearings and discipline situations.

While in law school, Nick served a judicial externship with the Honorable James S. Gwin of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
