I appreciated her dedication and work ethic. She was very responsive to questions and very patient to explain a given situation and how we would respond. Child Custody Testimonial

Ms. Arthurs was a tremendous help to me during the difficult process of finalizing the custody agreement between my son’s mother and I. She was frequently available when I had questions, and when she was not, she always responded in a timely manner. Katie was friendly, but always professional, and she really helped guide me throughout the lenthgy process; and she got me the most time possible with my son. She asked me what I wanted, and then told me what I could realistically expect to get, but I always felt like she was working for my best interests. I would highly recommend Katie to anyone who finds themselves in the unfortunate position of needing her services. – Stu, July 29, 2016

Divorce Testimonial

When I first met with Katie, I was a wreck. I wanted the divorce, but that did not make it any easier to go through the process. At my worst moments, Katie was there to take the reins to help guide me to get what was fair and equitable in this divorce. Katie always had my best interest in mind especially when I wanted to back down and just “get it over with”. She was my voice of reason when I couldn’t be that for myself.

Katie’s firm was recommended to me. Prior to this experience, we had never met. I was a bit nervous in handing over this process to someone I did not know. After our initial meeting, I knew I was in good hands. Whenever I would call, email and/or text, Katie always responded in a timely manner.

Now that this process is over and I look back over the months it took to go through it, I am very grateful Katie was in my corner and not his!

Child Support Testimonial

Katie is an astute and professional attorney who is apparently well respected by Magistrates and other attorneys. She stayed on point, steered clear of the emotive quagmires, and achieved my goals. In addition, she was responsive to my communication, always well prepared and found out what she did not know in my complex case in a timely fashion.

Divorce & Custody Testimonial

Kaitlyn was very informative throughout the whole process. She was always available and easy to get hold of. Always returned my calls in a timely fashion. She was able to explain things in simple terms as I had no legal background. Also, she kept up with a ton of requests and questions coming from me. This was a long and painful process but having Kaitlyn made it much easier and tolerable. Whenever I had doubts about how things were going, I felt satisfied talking to her and asking her opinion.
Nobody wants to go through divorce and child custody fights. Those are some of the most stressful times in anyone’s life, but if you have to go through it, having someone like Kaitlyn as your lawyer definitely makes things easier and more tolerable. She is also able to navigate through the court processes smoothly. I would recommend her without hesitation.
