Danielle focuses her practice in the areas of commercial real estate, business, corporate and banking law. Her real estate expertise encompasses a wide range of matters relating to the financing, acquisition, development, construction, leasing and disposition of retail, commercial, and industrial property. Danielle is also regularly involved in the representation of corporate entities in entity formation, contract negotiation, general business, and commercial matters.
Danielle has real estate lending experience representing lending institutions and borrowers in the negotiation and documentation of acquisition and construction real estate financing.
