Rebekah Branham is an associate attorney at McCarthy Lebit specializing in Family Law. She assists clients in all areas of domestic relations law including divorce, dissolution, spousal support and child support, post-decree litigation and prenuptial agreements.

Rebekah graduated magna cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law and worked as a law clerk for the Family Law group at McCarthy Lebit while in law school. During law school, she was an associate editor for the Akron Law Review and her article was published in the Akron Law Review Journal: “Hash It Out: Fourth Amendment Protection of Electronically Stored Child Exploitation.”

In her free time, Rebekah enjoys spending her time with her family and friends, running, and being outdoors with her dog.
