Laurie provides support to McCarthy Lebit’s Investment Claims and Litigation practices. She works directly with clients across the country, and internationally, who have been injured by the fraud or negligence of their stockbrokers, insurance agents, or other financial services professionals. She also has assisted with trial preparation in some of the firm’s most significant litigation matters.

Laurie assists attorneys and their clients through all phases of the FINRA arbitration process. She works closely with clients to answer their logistical questions and to obtain the relevant and necessary information and documentation needed to prepare their cases. Laurie performs the vital role of collecting, reviewing, organizing and producing discovery documentation through the use of database management and e-Discovery technology.

Additionally, Laurie has experience in business litigation, receivership matters, and white collar criminal cases in State and Federal jurisdictions.
