Jennifer Svec is a principal engaged in the practice of family law and domestic relations. Her focus is on termination of marriages, custody of children, valuation of assets, and determination of spousal and child support. Jennifer has extensive knowledge in the fields of family law and domestic relations, areas that she has practiced since the beginning of her legal career, 20 years ago.

Jennifer is passionate about her work and is dedicated to helping families and children with their case resolutions. Having been a domestic law trial magistrate for 12 years gives her great insight and a different perspective to aid her clients who are often in a state of family crisis. She believes in resolving cases outside of the costly litigation process whenever possible, and is ardent about helping families and children navigate the difficult and emotional circumstances that the court process entails.

Jennifer attended Walsh University majoring in history and obtained her Juris Doctor at Cleveland Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University. After she graduated from law school she worked as an attorney practicing family law for eight years at a Cleveland firm and transitioned from leaving private practice to serving as a Trial Magistrate for Medina County Domestic Relations Court in 2007. In this position Jennifer heard and decided cases involving pre-divorce and post-divorce motions and conducted hearings in divorce, parentage, child support, child custody and domestic violence cases.

Jennifer currently resides in Medina County with her husband and two children.
