Mr. Levy has extensive experience in working with both shopping center developers and tenants. He negotiates documents for the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of real estate with big box retailers, including the closing of a One Hundred Million Dollar shopping center. In addition, Mr. Levy has engaged in several large transactions involving the refinancing and sale of privately held entities, including sales to publicly traded companies. Mr. Levy has also orchestrated the formation, organization, capital raising activity, merger, acquisition, conveyance and dissolution of numerous entities throughout various industries.
Mr. Levy represents local and national real estate developers, as well as owners and brokers in connection with buying, selling, leasing, financing and development of real property for retail, industrial, office and residential purposes. He has orchestrated several large and complex 1031 transactions. Mr. Levy also represents clients in the development of cluster housing, planned unit developments, subdivision and ancillary land uses.
