Overview
Chuck Royer is a principal and senior member of the litigation team at McCarthy Lebit. He is an aggressive creditors’ rights attorney with significant experience protecting the rights of creditors in both state and federal courts. Chuck’s practice also focuses on complex business litigation, landlord tenant law, defense of professional liability claims and construction law. He is consistently highly rated in the area of commercial litigation. Further, he has developed an expertise successfully representing claimants who have been improperly denied disability benefits by insurance companies.
In an effort to advocate for those who are struggling with life’s challenges, Chuck is an active and vigilant member of the community, currently serving as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Recovery Resources, an organization dedicated to helping individuals triumph over mental illness, alcoholism, drug abuse, and other addictions. He has previously served on the Boards of The Center for Mental Retardation, New Life Community, and the West Side Ecumenical Ministry, as well as LEAP (Linking Employment, Abilities and Potential).
