McCarthy Lebit’s Christian R. Patno Voted into American Board of Trial Advocates

McCarthy Lebit announces that Principal, Christian R. Patno, was recently unanimously voted into the American Board of Trial Advocates. The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) is a prestigious national association of the most respected and experienced trial lawyers and judges. ABOTA and its members are dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Membership is by invitation only and is highly selective. It is limited to only those attorneys who have attained the requisite level of jury trial experience.

Patno is a strategic Principal with McCarthy Lebit. With over 29 years of distinguished, complex trial experience, he oversees the personal injury practice at the firm. His focus on catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, defamation and wrongful death matters. In addition to his recent membership to ABOTA Patno is a Supreme Court Certified Mentor, is current Secretary and sits on the Board of Directors for the Ohio Association of Justice, and is past President of the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys. He is a member of the Negligence Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association, a past Medical Malpractice Chair for the Ohio Association for Justice and is a Diplomat Trial Advocate certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Patno was also recently voted into membership into the International Society of Benchers. He is also repeatedly recognized as an Ohio Top 10 Super Lawyer as well as one of the Best Lawyers in America.
