McCarthy Lebit welcomes Charles I. Kampinski to the firm June 10, 2016

CLEVELAND, OH (June 10, 2016) – McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., LPA is pleased to announce that highly decorated trial lawyer, Charles I. Kampinski, joined the firm as of counsel to the personal injury and wrongful death  and litigation practice groups.

Kampinski represents victims of medical malpractice, negligence, catastrophic injury, intentional tort and insurance coverage disputes. During his career, he obtained some of Ohio largest recoveries, including over one hundred verdicts and settlements in excess one millions dollars.  In a recent Cuyahoga County trial, Kampinski recovered a $27 million verdict against Greyhound Bus Lines in favor of a single passenger injured in a bus accident.

Kampinski earned his bachelor of arts and juris doctor from The Ohio State University. He is a member of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, American Association for Justice and Cleveland Association of Trial Attorneys.
