McCarthy Lebit Promotes Danielle G. Garson

CLEVELAND, OH (January 3, 2019) – McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., LPA is pleased to announce the promotion of Danielle Garson to principal effective January 1, 2019.

Danielle Garson joined the firm as an associate in 2014. She focuses her practice on commercial real estate, business, corporate and banking law. Her real estate expertise encompasses a wide range of matters relating to the financing, acquisition, development, construction, leasing and disposition of retail, commercial, and industrial property. Garson is also regularly involved in the representation of corporate entities in entity formation, contract negotiation, general business, and commercial matters. She has real estate lending experience representing lending institutions and borrowers in the negotiation and documentation of acquisition and construction real estate financing.

Garson received her juris doctor from The John Marshall Law School and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. She was recognized by Ohio Super Lawyers® Rising Stars™ in 2018 and 2019. Garson is a published author who frequently writes on real estate law matters.
