Patent Attorney, Kristen M. Hoover, Graduates from FDCC's Ladder Down Cleveland 2019 Program

McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman congratulates Patent Attorney, Kristen M. Hoover, on her participation in and graduation from the inaugural Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC) Ladder Down Cleveland 2019 program.

Ladder Down is a class comprised of female attorneys who work in diverse practice areas, have varying experience levels and a broad range of talents. The year-long program was created to empower and advance women lawyers in three areas: leadership, business development, and mentoring through a combination of coaching, mentoring, and sponsorships. Those wishing to participate do not need to be members of the FDCC.

According to their website, the FDCC is “composed of recognized leaders in the legal community who have achieved professional distinction, is dedicated to promoting knowledge, fellowship, and professionalism of its members as they pursue the course of a balanced justice system and represent those in need of a defense in civil lawsuits.”
