Jonathan C. Wolnik Elected to Principal at McCarthy Lebit

McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., LPA is pleased to announce the election of Jonathan C. Wolnik to Principal, effective January 1, 2022. For the last 5-1/2 years, Jonathan has been an associate attorney in the firm’s Taxation, Business & Corporate, and Trusts & Estates groups.

Jonathan is a Principal in McCarthy Lebit’s Taxation, Business & Corporate, and Trusts & Estates practice groups. In addition to his Ohio law license, Jonathan previously held other licenses as a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner, and a Forensic Accountant (now inactive). In his legal practice, Jonathan counsels individuals and businesses (both for-profit and not-for-profit) on all matters of federal, state, and local tax compliance, including planning and controversy/audit resolution at both the federal and state levels.  Jonathan assists his corporate clients with organizational structuring, documents and agreements, transaction guidance, and in all areas of regulatory compliance. He has experience working with clients on complex mergers and acquisitions, in both national and international markets.
