McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman welcomes Jennifer Svec to the firm as a principal attorney. Svec is engaged in the practice of family law and domestic relations. Her focus is on termination of marriages, custody of children, valuation of assets, and determination of spousal and child support.
Svec worked as an attorney practicing family law for eight years prior to leaving private practice in 2007 to serve as a Trial Magistrate for Medina County Domestic Relations Court. In this position she heard and decided cases involving pre-divorce and post-divorce motions and conducted hearings in divorce, parentage, child support, child custody and domestic violence cases.
Svec attended Walsh University majoring in history and obtained her Juris Doctor at Cleveland Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University.
