David Schaefer One of the 2023 Ohio Super Lawyers® “Top 100”

David’s Ohio Super Lawyers® ranking is in the area of Civil Litigation: Defense.

David devotes his practice to litigation, business litigation, professional liability, insurance coverage disputes, employment discrimination, construction litigation, and product liability. He has extensive experience in complex business and tort litigation, addressing a diverse spectrum of personal and business grievances. He represents both public and private companies located in Ohio and nationwide.

His seasoned judgment and fair mindedness often find him acting as an arbitrator and mediator, work he has expanded substantially in recent years. David is a member of The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, an invitation-only alternative dispute resolution professional association.
