McCarthy Lebit’s David Schaefer Included on 2022 Ohio Super Lawyers® “Top 100 Ohio” List

McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., LPA is pleased to announce that principal attorney David A. Schaefer has once again been honored with inclusion on the 2022 Ohio Super Lawyers®  List, and has been ranked on the “Top 100 Ohio” List. This is David’s 19th consecutive year of inclusion on the Super Lawyers® List, and his 12th year on the “Top 100 Ohio” List.

David devotes a significant portion of his practice to product liability, business litigation, professional liability, employment discrimination, construction litigation, and he has extensive experience in complex business and tort litigation, addressing a diverse spectrum of personal and business grievances.  In his 19 years on the Ohio Super Lawyers® List, he has most frequently been lauded for his work in the area of Civil Litigation-Defense.  Additionally, leveraging his seasoned judgement and fair-mindedness, he has expanded his law practice to include alternative dispute resolution proceedings, in which he often serves as an arbitrator or mediator to adjudicate the proceedings. As a result, David is now a member of The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, an invitation-only alternative dispute resolution professional association.

“This is a great honor for David and a great honor for our firm,” said Rob Glickman, the firm’s Managing Principal. “All of our firm attorneys recognized on the Ohio Super Lawyers® List, the Rising Star List, or those that rank highly enough through the selection process to be named to one of the “Top Lists” – they all exemplify how we deliver more value and success for our clients, across-the-board.  That’s the key to our core message – when you expect more, you get more at McCarthy Lebit. “

Each year, Super Lawyers® recognizes the top lawyers in Ohio via a patented multiphase selection process involving peer nomination, independent research and peer evaluation. The Ohio lawyers who receive the highest point totals during this selection process are further recognized in Ohio Super Lawyers® Top Lists.
