Families First Coronavirus Response Act Poster for Employers Now Available

United States Department of Labor logoThe Department of Labor recently made available a poster for employers to use to satisfy the requirement in the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) that covered employers post a notice of its requirements. Every covered employer must conspicuously post a notice of the FFCRA’s requirements on its premises, or email or direct mail it to employees. The notice can also be posted on internal or external websites. The FFCRA poster is available on the Department of Labor’s website.
