Ms. Garson focuses her practice in the areas of commercial real estate, corporate and banking law, and litigation. Her real estate expertise encompasses a wide range of matters relating to the financing, acquisition, development, construction, leasing and disposition of retail, commercial, and industrial property. Ms. Garson is also regularly involved in the representation of corporate entities in entity formation, contract negotiation, general business, and commercial matters.

Ms. Garson’s general civil litigation practice has an emphasis in business litigation.  She has litigated, mediated, and counseled clients in a diverse range of fields and represents both public and private companies and individuals.  Ms. Garson has experience in state and federal courts across the country, including appellate work as well as binding arbitration.

Ms. Garson believes in interfacing directly with clients and is dedicated to helping them resolve their concerns quickly and successfully.  She is a strong advocate, as well as problem solver, and understands that accessibility and responsiveness are vital to providing the best possible service.
