CLEVELAND, OH (November 9, 2016) – McCarthy Lebit is pleased to announce that Nicholas R. Oleski joined the firm as an associate in the litigation and creditor-debtor rights practice groups.
Oleski will focus his practice on the representation of owners of distressed commercial real estate in connection with judicial and non-judicial foreclosure defense. He will also be involved in general commercial litigation matters and receivership proceedings.
Oleski earned his juris doctor at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and his bachelor of arts at Ohio Wesleyan University.
He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. Outside of the office, he is an avid sailor.
