We resolve controversies over corporate and individual income tax returns and net profits tax returns, estate taxes, (Federal and Ohio), payroll taxes, trust fund taxes (FICA/Social Security), sales taxes, real estate taxes and commercial activity tax. Our lawyers help clients prepare for audits and propose offers in compromise, extensions and mitigation of penalties. We also undertake IRS, state and local appeals and appear in US Tax Court, the US District Court, the US Court of Appeals, local Boards of Revision and the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals on behalf of our clients. Our attorneys also defend clients against tax fraud, tax evasion, and other white collar criminal charges. We also represent clients in collection cases with the IRS and the State of Ohio.
