Susan C. Stone is an associate at McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., L.P.A. Ms. Stone focuses the majority of her practice on general litigation, personal injury, criminal defense, and employment litigation. In addition, she has also practiced for a number of years in the area of First Amendment Defense and has trial experience in civil rights litigation. Ms. Stone has served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court and as a Hearing Officer for the State of Ohio, Office for Exceptional Children, resolving the individualized education plans between parents and school districts.
Ms. Stone graduated cum laude from the Case Western Reserve University Law School in 1993. While studying at Case Western Reserve School of Law, she was a member of the Craven moot court competition. Susan graduated cum laude from Miami University in Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication, where she was also a member of the Miami University's Inter-Collegiate Debate Team.
