Stuart A. Mintz is a principal at McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., L.P.A. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Mintz spent 20 years as Senior Corporate Legal Counsel to KeyBank National Association and its predecessors. His practice areas include general corporate law with a strong emphasis on the Uniform Commercial Code and commercial lending, secured transactions and equipment leasing matters.
Mr. Mintz has been named an Ohio Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers from 2002 through 2006. He has been a guest lecturer for the American Bankers Association, the American Institute of Banking, the Cleveland Bar Association and the American Association of Equipment Lessors on topics such as bank regulation, commercial paper and secured transactions.
Mr. Mintz is an adjunct professor of law at Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where he teaches courses in commercial law and banking regulations.
