Leslie Erin Wargo is a principal at McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., L.P.A. Ms. Wargo's practice areas include general civil litigation, business litigation, personal injury and product liability. She has litigated cases in a diverse range of fields and represents both public and private companies and individuals in all aspects of business litigation, including contract, product liability, construction, insurance and landlord/tenant disputes. Ms. Wargo has been named an Ohio Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers from 2005 through the present.
Ms. Wargo is a graduate of Case Western Reserve School of Law. In law school she was a member of the Craven Moot Court Team, as well as a Senator of the Student Bar Association. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Wargo received the Distinguished Oral Advocate Award.
Ms. Wargo is the co-author of How and When to Use Focus Groups, an article published in the Cleveland Bar Journal, and the co-author of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Update.
