Larry Crystal is a principal at McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., L.P.A. Mr. Crystal joined the Firm in 1967 and advises clients on a variety of corporate law matters, including mergers, acquisitions and sales of businesses, shareholder arrangements, real estate transactions and tax law. Mr. Crystal focuses the majority of his practice on the representation of buyers and sellers of businesses, an area in which he has specialized for over 30 years.
Mr. Crystal's peers have praised him for his creative approach to mergers and acquisitions of businesses. For the past eight years, he has been named one of Northeast Ohio's Leading Lawyers by Inside Business Magazine. In 2005, Inside Business Magazine also highlighted Mr. Crystal for his reputation and in mergers and acquisitions by publishing an article entitled "Art of the Deal."
