Kimberly A. Brennan is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio. She was born in East Cleveland, Ohio and received her undergraduate degree in public administration from Miami University. In 1991, she served as the interim coordinator of Legal Service for the Jewish Congress. She graduated with her Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University's School of Law. In 1999, the President of the OSBA appointed Kim to the Board of Governors for the Labor & Employment Law Section. She is also a past member of the Brecksville Civil Service Commission. Kim has an extensive litigation background involving the representation of both plaintiffs and defendants, including the representation of multinational companies and governmental bodies.
Her areas of practice include employment and employment practices litigation; insurance litigation, including coverage issues and bad faith claims; business litigation; creditor's rights; lender liability and intellectual property litigation.
Kim is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio and before both the state and Federal courts, including the Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
