Kenneth B. Liffman

Kenneth B. Liffman is the Managing Principal at McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., L.P.A. Mr. Liffman focuses the majority of his practice on transactions, banking matters, and real estate law and has extensive experience in the acquisition and sale of commercial and industrial real estate, as well as construction and commercial lease matters. Mr. Liffman is one of the area's outstanding corporate attorneys, and a well-recognized authority of real estate law. He has been named as one of Northeast Ohio's Top Real Estate Attorneys by Inside Business Magazine for the last eight consecutive years and as an Ohio Super Lawyer by Cincinnati Magazine for the last six consecutive years. He has also been named by his peers to Best Lawyers in America from 2006 to 2012.

Mr. Liffman's legal interests extend to virtually all arenas of financial law, and he frequently serves clients engaged in large, complex lending transactions. He has also developed interests in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, working closely with clients entering into transactions that are crucial to the success of their businesses as well as their own careers. In addition, Mr. Liffman represents several of Ohio's largest financial institutions in commercial loans and structured finance transactions and agreements.
