Katherine E. Wensink is of counsel at McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., L.P.A. Ms. Wensink's practice is devoted to the areas of estate planning and estate administration, employment benefits planning, taxation, and corporate law.
Ms. Wensink counsels both individuals and businesses on the interplay of estate, business and tax planning, as well as complex retirement planning for employees and business owners. Before joining the Firm, she practiced in Rock Island, Illinois, at a mid-sized law firm that focused on estate planning, probate, tax, and corporate law. Not only is Ms. Wensink an active member of several state and national bar associations, but she is also active in community programs, including volunteer tax return preparation.
