David L. Rosenzweig practices primarily in transactional and general corporate law but also specializes in business matters, including banking and finance. David represents numerous financial institutions, both large and small.
David received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he was Editor in Chief of the Law Review and Order of the Coif. David is admitted to the Bar of the State of Ohio and to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
