Daniel M. Singerman is an associate at McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., L.P.A. Mr. Singerman works in the Firm's litigation department where he has helped to successfully resolve cases involving sophisticated commercial and business litigation, product liability, negligence, creditor/debtor issues, employment litigation and bankruptcy adversary proceedings. Whether in his research, brief writing or in-court advocacy, Mr. Singerman implements creative strategies that lead to quick and successful outcomes for his clients.
Mr. Singerman graduated with honors from Emory School of Law where he was named the Sol I. Golden Scholar and was the recipient of the Dean's Awards for outstanding academic achievement in both Torts and Copyright. In his third year, he served as Senior Editor on the International Law Review. His comment titled "It's Good to be the King: An Argument to Maintain the Status Quo With Respect to Head of State Immunity" was published by the Emory International Law Review in the Spring of 2007.
