Charles P. Royer is a principal and a senior member of the litigation department at McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., L.P.A. Mr. Royer has extensive experience in complex business litigation, creditor's rights, landlord tenant law and construction law. He also represents clients before both municipal boards and in the Court of Common Pleas on a variety of issues, including zoning and land use. Mr. Royer is an aggressive creditor's rights attorney and has represented numerous corporations and financial institutions.
Mr. Royer is recognized as an expert in the area of business litigation and was named an Ohio Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers in 2006. In addition, Mr. Royer is an active member of the community and has previously served on the boards of the Center for Mental Retardation, New Life Community, the West Side Ecumenical Ministry, and LEAP (Linking Employment, Abilities and Potential). Mr. Royer is the author of "Accord and Satisfaction Alive and Well in Ohio, " an article published in the Cleveland Bar Journal.
