We specialize in the administration of estates on a day-to-day basis from the probate of a decedent's will through the final accounting and distribution of the assets. We draft the court documents and prepare the federal and state estate tax returns and guide our clients throughout the estate administration process. We are experienced in handling assets which are difficult to value and in representing clients in estate tax audits, on the agent, appellate and tax court levels. We also advise trustees with respect to the proper administration of trusts and beneficiaries with respect to their rights in such entities.
